Sheri Kuslak-Meyer

Sheri Kuslak-Meyer has a diverse background spanning education, scientific research, and technical information management. Currently serving as the chief operations officer for the UC Davis Department of Biomedical Engineering she is responsible for driving the strategic vision, operational efficiency, and growth of the department. With a focus on aligning operational practices with the department’s academic, research, and health equity and wellness goals. Previously, she was the Director of Educational Programs at the Betty Irene Moore School of Nursing, Study Director and Technical Information Scientist with The Jackson Laboratories. Sheri has a Doctor of Philosophy in Molecular, Cellular, Developmental Biology and Genetics from the University of Minnesota. Sheri is passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion and volunteers support for the program evaluation process for Back to the Start.
