Volunteer profile

Dulcey joined Back to the Start in 2024 as a volunteer who is passionate about social justice and storytelling.  She brings over 20 years of nonprofit communications experience, having earned her masters degrees from The George Washington University and the University of Sydney. Dulcey spends her free time swimming, reading books, planning her next adventure, or baking cookies with her two kiddos at home.
